OSAB are undertaking a thematic Safeguarding Adult Review (SAR) focused on learning themes seen in recent Oldham SARs. Sam Lunnon has been asked to lead the SAR as the Independent Author. The SAR is exploring learning for the Oldham Safeguarding system as a whole and therefore Sam and OSAB would like to meet with practitioners and managers from all local partner agencies to hear your open and honest reflections on key learning themes.

The event will take place via Microsoft Teams at 14:00-16:00 on 3 February 2026.
